To all of those faithful readers wondering where the heck I went for the last month, who are waiting to find out how my experiment went with a certain skin care product, well, I am still here, only with a new look. After numerous problems with the other site format, I had to change my site appearance. Now I know that many of you may miss that funky green look, but at this point, after trying to use that theme again, and running into the same problems, I am using a different theme, so please be patient. All the posts from before will be added, so you previous  readers can see where we were at, while new viewers can see the old posts about one product especially that was being experimented with by me.

Wanted to Ask how much a good diet affects skin care in the longer run? , Also how good will it be in terms of skin hydration and dryness?

If you look at people who have had poor diets for many years, you can see it especially on their face, hair and muscle tone. The face is made of protein, and if we don’t have enough it starts to lose its fullness a lot faster than necessary. Try amazon to search for the book The Natural Way to Super Beauty by Mary Ann Krenshaw. Her advice changed the way I viewed food for my looks, even as a 16 year old and has guided me all these years even though I don’t normally reference it anymore. Very enlightening.
